Five regionally-based pastoral ministry consultants work with associations and churches to develop plans to help churches grow.
Specifically, the regional consultants:
- Network, resource and encourage Kentucky Baptist churches in development, evangelism and represent Mission Board ministries.
- Work with directors of missions in the specific regions to develop strategic processes for assisting the churches in fulfilling their god-given mission.
- Assist churches with church development in a consulting process.
- Serve as resource persons concerning the dynamics, demographics, and specific needs of the region assigned.
