Acts 1:8 Assessment Tool
How well is your church embracing the Acts 1:8 Challenge? The worksheet assessment will help you gauge your church's actions and plan your next steps.
NOTE: To take the assessment, you'll need to enable Macros. When you open the document (an Excel spreadsheet) a Security Warning will appear near the top that says "Some content has been disabled." Click the "Options..." button next to the message. Choose "Enable this content" and click the "OK" button.
Once you've enable Macros, click "Click here to begin the survey" below the Acts 1:8 logo in the middle of the page. In order to see the final result (a page of graphs) you must answer all 42 questions.
Once you've completed the survey, save your results and send them to partnership@kybaptist.org or print them and send them to Partnership Missions, Kentucky Baptist Convention, P.O. Box 43433, Louisville, KY 40253-0433 and we'll send you a free tote bag!
