The Business Services Team channels Cooperative Program and other gifts from churches to a myriad of ministries in Kentucky, the nation and the world. The team also helps churches with important data collection processes and administers the day-to-day operations of the Convention.
The Evangelism Growth Team exists to network, resource, and encourage Kentucky Baptist Churches in evangelism. We want to help your church/ministry to share the Gospel in understandable ways with every person in your community and give them an opportunity to respond in faith.
The Church Development Team networks, resources and encourages Kentucky Baptists as they develop strategies and ministries that help believers become fully devoted followers of Christ.
The Missions Growth Team helps Kentucky Baptists become involved in living out their faith in practical ways.
The Leadership Development Team helps match pastors and other staff members with searching churches. The team also trains, develops and encourages leaders so they can in turn help their congregations grow healthy and strong.
The Executive Office Team coordinates the work of Convention committees, communicates to and about Kentucky Baptists, and maintains the historical archives. The executive director provides leadership for the professional staff of the KBC.
