Larry brings more than twenty-five years of video production experience to the KBC. His desire is to "put a face on missions" and spread the Good News through creative, engaging electronic media. Larry shoots, edits and produces audio, video and web productions for the KBC. He also coordinates the technical aspects of the KBC annual meeting. Larry offers his expertise to Kentucky Baptist churches by providing technical advice and training to any church desiring to engage their congregation through audio-visual media.

Though she has only been with the KBC since 1998, Marilyn brings a lifetime of denominational mission ministry experience as the daughter of a Baptist pastor and former church and Christian school staff member. Marilyn coordinates a number of key communications projects.

Jonathan serves as a ministry assistant in the Communications Department. He is a graduate of Campbellsville University.

| Kristie Randolph

Kristie tells the good news of what God is doing through Kentucky Baptists by writing, editing and distributing news stories. She also relates to members of the media, assisting them as they seek to report accurately on Kentucky's largest non-Catholic religious group. Kristie also helps communicate the work of various KBC ministries by providing marketing planning and promotional services.

| Robert Reeves

As director of the Communications Department, Robert oversees the department's work in the areas of public relations, media relations, annual meeting planning, Web site design and maintenance, church media libraries and graphic design. A former reporter and editor, Robert's previous denominational work included serving as the communications director for Connie Maxwell Children's Home (a South Carolina Baptist Convention agency) and the Kentucky Baptist Homes for Children.

Brenda has been telling the story of what God is doing through Kentucky Baptists since she joined the KBC staff as a writer in 1998. Brenda continues to share the Good News through news releases, feature stories and the KBC website. Her goal is to help Kentucky Baptists link up with the resources they need to fulfill their God-given mission through www.kybaptist.org.

| Denise Withers

Denise began service with the KBC in 1986 as a public relations intern. She became a full-time staff member in 1987 following graduation from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Denise provides support to churches statewide through Cooperative Program promotion, which includes resource materials orders, CP church profiles and the CP speaker's bureau. As a certified meeting professional (CMP), she coordinates KBC annual meeting logistics, serves as staff liaison to the KBC Committee on Arrangements, and plans special events.

JoAnn uses her skills as a Certified Professional Secretary to serve Kentucky Baptists with excellence. Jo Ann has worked in the business area since 1986.
