To download a .tif, .jpg, .pdf or any other file from our Web site, simply click the link provided. Two things may happen:
1. Your browser may automatically open a program associated with that type of file. For instance, if you click to download a .tif file, you browser may automatically open a graphics program such as Paint or PhotoEditor so you may view the file.
If you click to download a .pdf file, your browser should open Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free now.
If you click to download a PowerPoint file, your browser should open PowerPoint viewer. If you don't have PowerPoint viewer, you can download it for free now.

2. When you click the link to download the file, a dialog box may appear. The dialog box will present two options: "open this file from its current location" or "save this file to disk." Choose "save this file to disk." The file will download, and a "Save As" dialog box will appear. Choose the directory where you wish to save the file, then click "Save."
You many then open or place the file using the appropriate program.
You can still download the file. Here's how:
- If you are working on a PC with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, right click the link and select "Save Target As." The "Save As" dialog box will appear. Choose the directory where you wish to save the file, then click "Save."
- If you are working on a Mac with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, control - click the link and select "Download link to disk."
- If you are working in Netscape, right click or control - click "Save This Link As."
