James Estep is a professor of Christian education at Lincoln Christian University in Illinois and director of the school's Lincoln Leadership Institute. He also is a co-founder of e2:effective elders, a ministry that equips church leaders to grow and serve more effectively. His main focus in ministry is to bridge the gap between the seminary and the church, creating synergy between them.
James and his wife, Karen, have three adult children and two grandchildren.
