Because of the coronavirus outbreak, the Chicago Vision Tour has been rescheduled. The new dates will be announced soon.
With a metropolitan area population of more than 10 million, Chicago is the third largest city in America. Home to a wealth of architecture, professional sports teams and deep-dish pizza, it draws more than 54 million visitors a year. Those who call Chi-town home range in both age and diversity, and with less than 260 Southern Baptist churches in the area, the number of those being reached by a local church with the hope of the gospel is small at best. You can help change the statistics and the future for the men, women and children in Chicago.
What is the Chicago Vision Tour?
The tour is an opportunity to learn about potential missions partnerships in Chicago. Kentucky church and association leaders will see the city, meet church planters and hear their vision for reaching Chicago with the gospel.
Who should attend?
Kentucky Baptist pastors, Associational Mission Strategists, and missions leaders who are interested in learning more about ways to partner with church planters.
Reservations for the Chicago Vision Tour are limited and available to the first 8 registrants. The cost for participants is $350. Cost includes airfare, lodging , transportation, and meals while in Chicago. Fee is non-refundable once airline tickets have been purchased.
Made possible through your generous gifts to the Cooperative Program.
