Ministry & Prayer Updates
As several church members are currently on a long-term business trip to Texas, I have been continuously worshiping with their children who remained here. Although the children were initially unfamiliar and reserved, they have begun to open their hearts this month. They are now actively receiving the Word, and I am deeply grateful to feel their anticipation for our meetings. Following the service, we shared prayer requests, prayed together, and had a meaningful time listening to their faith journeys. I have recommended that they receive baptism this coming summer. It is truly rewarding to witness these children enduring through challenging circumstances with faith.
In June, I will continue to lead worship services in the Elizabethtown and Bowling Green areas. During the second week of the month, I am scheduled to attend the Annual Meeting of the Council of Korean Southern Baptist Churches in America, held in Florida, for one week. Additionally, I will be leading the corporate worship service for a Korean company located in Franklin. Although many congregants are visiting Korea or traveling out of state during the summer season, it is crucial that we diligently maintain our spiritual fellowship with them.
Pray that our members who are currently away or traveling may steadfastly maintain their daily walk of faith and remaining spiritually vibrant. Pray for the successful resumption of operations at the local battery factory, and that it will open wide doors of opportunity for us to share the Gospel with the newly hired workers. Pray that the sending church preparing for Vacation Bible School (VBS) and various youth ministries will experience an abundance of God’s grace and a spiritual awakening during these events.
