This area is located around the Owensboro Catholic High School and Owensboro Health Healthpark areas.
The complete demographic report was done using a 1 mile radius centered on 1328 Griffith Ave Owensboro KY 42301. Within this area there are over 12,000 people (a very diverse population), a high percentage of Gen Zer’s, non-traditional families, and a high representation of those who would identify with traditional Christian values. This area may do very well with a “neighborhood church” that is within walking distance for residents along with a bivo/covocational pastor. Other viable models may include campus, house/cell, and “school-based” church.
