William (Bill) O. Edmonds, 73, passed away at home on April 2 in Louisville.

A member of Jeffersontown Baptist Church, Edmonds served on the Western Recorder’s Board of Directors for eight years, completing his second term in December.

Pastor Luke Bray officiated the Celebration of Edmond’s Life 8 at Jeffersontown Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sharon Edmonds, along with a brother, Jimmy Edmonds; and sisters, Bonny Porter and Anne Corso. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
