Our family of four moved to Cape Town, South Africa, in August of 2025 where Jonathan primarily is teaching in the new missions degree at Cape Town Baptist Seminary, as well as working to equip churches to be on mission for Christ. Wendy will be working with women through a trauma healing ministry, equipping churches to impact there communities in dealing with trauma through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We came to South Africa, leaving our three oldest daughters, a son-in-law, and our first grandchild to be (Nov, 2025), in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
Kentucky Connections
Our family served in the pastorate of Whitesville Baptist Church, Whitesville, from 2008-2011. Waverly was born during our time in Kentucky. It was on a short-term trip to Northern Africa while pastoring there that God planted the mission seed in our heart.
