Ministry Description / Vision

Cornerstone Baptist Church endeavors to be a healthy, inter-generational, multi-ethnic congregation which glorifies God through making disciples of Jesus Christ by emphasizing truth, worship, prayer, fellowship, and missions. We preach and teach the Bible, love and serve one another, & reach out to our community with the Gospel. Please join in praying for the health of our church and for the salvation of our neighbors.

Ministry & Prayer Updates
We had our second ever Vacation Bible School at Cornerstone! Our theme was Emerald Crossing from Answers in Genesis. It was such a fun week for the kids and our church. We averaged 22 kids a night, some churched and some unchurched. After enjoying a much needed break, we will be restarting AWANA and ESL on July 8. I will also start teaching again at ReCenter ministries the same day.
1) Pray for fruit to come from VBS. There were a couple of young families that are transitioning from one church to another because the one they were members of closed. It would be so huge if they came to Cornerstone.
2) I went through our new member’s class information with one gentlemen, Philip, and will do so with another, Arthur, later in the month. Pray that they will make Cornerstone their home.
3) Pray for several of our elderly saints who are experiencIng serious health concerns. 
4) For the sale of our parsonage.
