Jana Magruder serves as the Strategic Initiatives Director of Lifeway NextGen. With a background in education, publishing, and ministry, she loves championing the local church to help families disciple kids of all ages. She is the author of Nothing Less and Kids Ministry that Nourishes as well as the co-author of Every Age, Every Stage and Flip the Script. Jana and her husband, Michael, are native Texans planted in Tennessee and love to explore both states with their three kids.
Worship Leader
David Richards serves as the Associate Pastor of Students and Worship at Calvary Baptist Church in Danville, KY. David is originally from Ohio County, KY and graduated from Ohio County High School in 2012. He attended Campbellsville University and graduated in 2016 with his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and minor in Worship Arts. He received his Master of Divinity in Great Commission Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in December of 2022. David has been serving in the vocational ministry for over 10 years in various capacities. David and his wife, Esther, reside in Danville, KY with their three boys serving at their church.
