Matthew 9:35–38 reveals the heartbeat of Jesus for a world desperate for hope. He saw the crowds, He saw His disciples, and was moved with compassion and declared that the harvest is plentiful. As pastors, we are not called to carry this mission in our own strength, but to lead with the power of the Holy Spirit, Gospel expectation, and the compassion of Christ. This session will ignite a fresh passion for shepherding God’s people, lifting our eyes to the vast harvest before us, and equipping us to lead with courage, clarity, and conviction. Together, we will be renewed in our calling, strengthened not only to endure but to advance the mission of Christ with boldness and joy.
