Ministry Description: Orphan Care Alliance exists to equip, connect, and mobilize Christians to serve vulnerable children and families. My title is Life Coach Director. I oversee the Life Coaching program for teens and young adults that have been separated from their biological families and experienced foster care and/or adoption. After we recruit potential life coaches, I screen, train, background check and support the coaches as they develop mentoring relationships with teens that have a history of trauma.

Prayer Request: Please pray fervently for God to raise up 30+ volunteer coaches as we have many vulnerable youth across the state and in S. Indiana that are waiting for a caring Christian adult to mentor them.
