Rob & Mandi Allen

Rob and Mandi returned to Ashland in 2017 to serve as Director of the Appalachia Ministry Center. They have two daughters and are thankful for opportunities to serve together as a family. Rob leads ministry engagement and equips churches to help rural communities end generational cycles of poverty, food insecurity, and prevalent struggles with addiction. He also works closely with state convention partners and provides resources to disaster relief directors in times of crisis response.
Kentucky Connections
Rob and Mandi grew up in Ashland, Kentucky, where they both graduated high school. He was an active lay leader at Highview in Louisville while serving on staff with Crossings Ministries.
