We are currently transitioning from the recovery phase to the rebuild phase and will support our Kentucky Baptist churches in their rebuild efforts. On this page, you will find ways you can continue to support and be involved in the rebuilding efforts.

The Kentucky Baptist Convention has initiated a plan called Kentucky CARE to help KBC churches and associations impacted by the December tornado outbreak. Kentucky CARE, which stands for Churches Assisting Rebuild Efforts, will provide resources including building materials, volunteers, skilled labor, financial and prayer through volunteer manpower and financial grants available only to KBC churches and associations.

Kentucky C.A.R.E.

Kentucky C.A.R.E. provides financial grants for “Churches Assisting Rebuild Efforts” and provides funds to assist churches rebuild their damaged or destroyed buildings; to provide funds for churches assisting community rebuild projects; assist pastors/staff whose homes were damaged; or to provide funds for churches hosting rebuild teams.

Many resources available include building materials, volunteers, skilled labor, financial assistance and prayer. If you are a KBC church or association, please click on the following dropdown boxes to learn more and apply for assistance in that particular area.
