Ministry Description / Vision
Our purpose is that we would make much of Jesus together and our prayer is that we would see Eastern Kentucky transformed by the gospel for generations to come.
Ministry & Prayer Updates
In March, we began to make plans to possibly lease our current space to become our long term location rather than just rent it as we do now. I had a lunch meeting with the owner of the building who is willing to share some of the construction costs with us and give us a lower monthly lease price while we renovate our current space to add children’s classrooms, a stairwell, and make other modifications to the building which will serve our church well! Please pray for our building renovation conversations and that we would be able to begin (and afford) work to be done.
More importantly, at the beginning of March, we ordained two of our men at the church as pastors! Josh Odom and Jordan Hampton are wonderful and have been doing the work of a pastor for the last two years while they did pastoral training with me. Now their title matches the job they have been doing! We’re proud of them and excited to see what God does through each of these men. Please pray for our new pastors that they would continue to serve well.
Please pray for the guests we will have in our building on Easter Sunday
