Campbellsville—With everything there is a “beginning and an end,” said Ed Pavy, announcing that after 20 years he is retiring as the Kentucky Baptist Convention’s campus missionary to Campbellsville University.
“From the time I sensed God calling me into ministry, He was leading me to campus ministry,” Pavy said. “I will be forever grateful to the convention for the chance to serve in this capacity.”
Pavy’s last day with the convention will be Dec. 31, but he will remain with Campbellsville, working directly for the university as its campus minister.
“On behalf of our 2,400 Kentucky Baptist Convention churches, I express gratitude to Ed for his service to our churches and to our Christ. We offer our best wishes to Ed and his family,” said KBC President Tom James. (KBC)
