Shari Rogers has been with KBC since October 16, 2000, beginning with her role as Human Resources Assistant. Due to her strong passion for serving the staff in the area of benefits, over the years, her responsibilities grew. She now develops and orients new employees, and handles retiree insurance reimbursement, fleet management facility management expense reporting and many special project were given to her. In September of 2006, Shari was honored to become the Administrative Services Specialist and then in September of 2014, she became the HR Administration Manager.
