Kentucky Sent Ones is a weekly focus that provides a connection with and prayer support for missionaries from Kentucky, serving through IMB, NAMB or MSC.

These missionaries have responded obediently to God’s call to go, but they need us to hold the rope. Without consistent reminders, disintegration between churches and missionaries will happen even among the most loving, well-intentioned senders. Lead your church to tighten their grip on the rope for Kentucky Sent missionaries. Multiple resources (slides, social media posts, bulletin inserts and prayer requests) are provided each week to help churches highlight prayer for mission workers in a variety of ministry contexts.

Mackenzie grew up in Bardstown, and her sending church is Christ Fellowship, Bowling Green. She is a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has lived in Nairobi, Kenya since 2021 where she works with refugees while engaging lostness through trauma healing Bible studies, teaching English, home visitation, discipleship groups, and evangelism. James & Lily Dwyer

March 29

The Dwyer’s live in a large city that has almost no knowledge of Jesus. They develop resources in the local language to reach people in that country. They have found social media to be a fruitful platform for developing relationships and engaging people with the gospel who may have no other connection to believers.
