Marina Shelton has been the Communications Associate for Website and Social Media at the Kentucky Baptist Convention since 2019. She is passionate about serving churches and helping them see the value of social media in outreach and discipleship efforts. In addition to her completed degrees in Business and Communications from Murray State University, Marina is pursuing a ministry certification at the Seminary Wives Institute at Southern Seminary. She lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband Mason, who is pursuing a Master of Divinity at SBTS. Marina also authors The Pursuit Blog (thepursuitblog.co). Her blog reaches over 8,000 followers on Instagram, teaching and encouraging women to pursue a love for Christ in even the ordinary moments of life. Marina and Mason serve faithfully at Hurstbourne Baptist Church in youth, music, and tech ministry. Together they wrote Transforming Trials, a Bible study through the book of James, that was inspired by the loss of their first two children in 2021.
