Plenary Speaker: Jeff Iorg

Session 1 – Revitalization in Evangelism

Session 2 – Revitalization through Discipleship
We will continue to investigate the church at Antioch, with special attention to its disciple-making effectiveness, and ways to implement transformational discipleship in a revitalizing church.  We will focus on growing disciples through their engagement with the Bible.
Session 3 – Leading Major Change
We will consider a diagnostic tool for leading major change in a church.  We will consider the challenges and opportunities of major change, as well as outlining a process for leading major change.
