Louisville– It’s back-to-school time for Kentucky Baptists looking to sharpen ministry skills and get equipped for the coming year.
Registration for the Kentucky Baptist Convention’s premier church leader training conference, Equip 2016, is now open.
The popular biennial event features more than 30 Southern Baptist experts in such fields as discipleship, evangelism and Sunday school.
Church leaders, staff and volunteers will gain valuable insight in how to lead effective ministry programs for preschool/children, youth and women.
Other classes to explore include worship/music, church finances, security and revitalization.
Conferences run from Aug. 15 through Aug. 30 and will be hosted by 8 Kentucky Baptist churches.
